Returns

Due to the current pandemic and for the safety of our customers and personnel, we; Nur by Jerusha, LLC ; will not except returns. 

 


Cancellations

We accept cancellations of orders prior to shipping. Once the order is shipped, Nur by Jerusha, LLC  will not refund or cancel any orders.

 

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

 

Shipping

Nur by Jerusha, LLC will be shipping via USPS Priority Flat Rate. Shipping cost will be dependent on size of the order.

Soap, Oil, and Body Butter must only be applied externally. Always preform a proper skin test for allergies or sensitivity to products.
